IMPORTANT UPDATE ABOUT OUR REWARDS PROGRAM
Our Year-Round Fundraising Rewards Program will end on October 31st, 2021.
From now until July 31st 2021, you can continue to earn and redeem points. This means all orders submitted between now and July 31st 2021 will be able to earn points.
From August 1st to October 31st 2021, you can only redeem points. Effective August 1st, customers can only redeem points for applicable prizes. Any orders submitted after this date will not be able to earn points.
After October 31st 2021, the Rewards Program will end. No points can be earned or redeemed after this date.
COORDINATOR TIP: You can redeem gift cards in $25-dollar increments, i.e. one $175 gift card or split it into one $50 gift card and five gift cards worth $25, etc.

Q: Why are you phasing out the Rewards Program?
A: Initially, this rewards program began as an effort to encourage more fundraisers to participate. At this point, the feedback and results haven’t been as successful as we had initially hoped, so we have decided to end this program.
Q: Can I still earn and redeem reward points?
A: You can still earn points until Jul 31st, 2021. Then you can only redeem your points until October 31st, 2021.

Q: What happens if I don’t have enough points to redeem a gift on any tier?
A: Place an order before July 31, 2021 to maximize your points. If you have insufficient points to redeem a gift on any tier, you are not eligible to redeem any prizes or gifts.
Q: Can you round up my points to the next tier if I’m close?
A: Place an order before July 31, 2021 to maximize your points. Unfortunately, we are unable to “round up” or “upgrade” your points to the next tier.

Q: How will you send my redeemed chocolate bars?
A: We ship them the same way as your regular orders. If you redeemed your points and ordered more fundraising chocolate cases as well, we’ll send them all together in one order.
Q: How long does it take for my e-gift cards to arrive?
A: Typically it takes 2-3 weeks from the time you order your gift-cards until the time they arrive in your inbox.
Q: My e-gift card hasn’t arrived yet, what do I do?
